WATER SERVICING

Cool the engine
1. Never wash the bike immediately after riding.
2. Allow the engine to cool for 15–20 minutes.
Rinse with water
1. Use low-pressure water to remove loose dirt.
2. Avoid directing high-pressure water at electrical parts, bearings, the instrument cluster, air intake, or exhaust.
Apply bike shampoo
1. Use a motorcycle-specific shampoo.
2. Clean using a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.
Clean the chain and sprocket
1. Use a chain cleaner or degreaser.
2. Scrub gently with a chain brush.
3. After drying, apply chain lubricant.
Wash the wheels and brakes
1. Remove brake dust and mud.
2. Avoid applying oil or polish to brake discs or brake pads.

ENGINE REPAIRING

Inspect and diagnose the problem.
Drain engine oil.
Remove the engine (if necessary).
Disassemble engine components.
Inspect all parts for wear or damage.
Repair or replace faulty components.
Reassemble the engine using new gaskets and seals.
Refill engine oil and coolant (if applicable).
Start the engine and check for leaks or abnormal noise.
Perform a road test to verify proper operation.
