Service Authorization

The customer authorizes Krishna Auto Repairs to perform the requested repairs, maintenance, and replacement of parts on the vehicle.

Inspection & Additional Repairs

If additional faults are found during servicing, the customer will be informed before any extra work is carried out whenever possible.

Spare Parts

Genuine, OEM, or aftermarket spare parts may be used based on customer preference and availability. Prices of spare parts are subject to market fluctuations and availability.

Estimate & Final Bill

Repair estimates are approximate. The final bill may vary if additional repairs or parts are required.

Warranty

Warranty, if any, applies only to specific parts as provided by the manufacturer. No warranty covers damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

Customer-Supplied Parts

No warranty or guarantee is provided on parts supplied by the customer. The garage is not responsible for failures caused by customer-supplied parts.

Vehicle Collection

Customers are requested to collect their vehicles within 7 days of completion of repairs. Storage charges may apply for vehicles left beyond the specified period.

Liability

The garage shall not be liable for any loss of personal belongings left inside or attached to the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove valuables before leaving the vehicle for service.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI, cards, and bank transfers (subject to availability).

Returned Parts

Replaced parts will be returned to the customer upon request at the time of service.

Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles not collected within 60 days after completion and repeated customer notification may be treated as abandoned, subject to applicable laws.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must verify vehicle condition and invoice details before taking delivery. Any concerns should be reported immediately upon vehicle collection.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where the business is registered.

Acceptance

By leaving the vehicle for service or purchasing spare parts, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
